Offering Transportation Services to the Meeteetse Community around the Big Horn Basin and beyond!
On the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month & every Thursday the Meeteetse Recreation District offers transportation services for everyone needs.
On the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month, we offer a personalized program that focuses more on individual’s needs, appointments, etc. Tuesday rides MUST be scheduled in advance to coordinate rides appropriately. We kindly ask that appointments be scheduled between 9:00-11:30 so we can provide an time effective schedule for all riders. Operation Time 8:00-1:00pm.
Thursday’s: Bus Leaves Meeteetse @ 8:30 and returns when all riders have satisfied all their needs. The Thursday bus makes regular scheduled stops at Walmart, Albertson’s, & riders choice of restaurant for brunch/lunch. Additional stops for personal needs are welcomed on the Thursday bus as well! Operation Time 8:00-3:30
The Meeteetse Recreation District occasionally provides public transportation to special events on as needed basis. To stay up to date with the special events, please refer to our weekly advertisement on the homepage.
